How much are the HOA dues?
The HOA dues are currently $360 per year. We collect $180 twice a year due January 31st and July 31st.
What is the best way to report a grievance?
The best way to report a grievance is to submit a grievance form on this website.
Do our covenants allow ATVs?
Our covenants allow ATVs according to section 3.9(f) of the covenants only on the road. They’re not permitted in the playground area. They must obey all traffic laws and speeds. You can download the covenants here.
Do I need approval for home improvements?
All additions and improvements should be submitted to the architectural board for approval by completing an ACC permit request form. This includes fences, home additions, patios, etc. See section 3 of the covenants for more information.
What are the scheduled hours of the gate opening?
The gates are scheduled to open everyday from 5:30am to 9:00am and from 2:30pm to 6:00pm.
Is there an approved mailbox?
Yes. All homeowners are required to have the same approved mailbox. This mailbox can be purchased by contacting Paul with Magnificent Mailboxes. His number is (985) 641-3145.
How do I know when the next HOA meeting will occur?
Gulf South Property Management will mail out a letter a few weeks before all meetings.
How do my visitors use the gate dial in feature?
When a guest comes to visit you, they will search for your name in the directory. When your guest finds the name on the keypad, select the name and the system will place a call to you. Once you have answered the call and have identified your guest, you have the choice to either grant or deny access to your guest. To grant access to your guest, press number 9 on your touch-tone telephone. The entry system will respond with a confirmation tone indicating that the gate is opening. To deny access to your guest, simply hang up. Please be sure to check the “Dial-in” system for your last name. If you do not see your name in the system or your code is not working, please email [email protected].
Can I store my boat and trailer in my driveway?
According to section 4 of the covenants, no boat or trailer of any kind can be kept visible from the street.

You can pay your HOA dues online or mail them to PO Box 972, Madisonville, LA 70447.
